Words of Wisdom
Runners and fans alike of the NBC television comedy "The Office" will have certainly gotten a kick out of last night's season premiere.
My favorite part was Michael's courageous finish at the 5K charity race for Rabies Awareness. His words of wisdom should become a mantra for us all:
You can puke out your stomach, but you should never puke out your heart.

LOL, I guess that's one way of looking at it.
i am not superstitious. just a little bit sticious.
I LOVED that episode! The guy with the bloody nipples was truly classic. And the fact Michael had to muster up the strength to just finish a 5K was hilarious (of course, if I had been watching that episode 3 years ago, I could have totally related!)
"Support the rabid!"
Just found your blog today. Plan to stay and read a while.
Enjoy reading about people who are doing sports that they are not "ideally" built for. I'm 6'2" 205lb triathlete so I totally understand. Also great to see family people finding the time to get out there.
BTw, congrats on the new child, my wife is due next week. ;-)
Keep running.
