Good news/Bad news
The bad news: I had to run on the hamster wheel tonight, due to single-digit temperatures outside.
The good news: Nary a goat in sight.

Picture this: Six feet of girl lumbering down the road... heart pumping, lungs heaving, long limbs flailing everywhere. I wasn't exactly built to run and it's not a pretty sight when I do. Yet, I can't seem to be convinced NOT to run and after logging thousands of miles (including a few little 26.2 mile jaunts around the block), I've decided it must be something worth writing about.
